Spied Jaguar “Sportbrake” is a Jag-Wagon

This Jaguar XF Sportbrake for 2012, spied overseas, looks to be driving the auto maker towards wagon design. XF is quickly becoming one of the better known and highly talked about models from Jag in years. The ‘Sportbrake’ variant would include a more powerful engine, and in this case, sleeking and roomier design.

In fact, the Jag looks to be taking design ideas from 1980′s station wagons. Spied photos (including one seen above) feature camo over the vehicle’s rear.

PS-Garage took it amongst themselves to computer-generate what they believe a new rear of XF will look like once production models are ready:

That’s right kiddos, the image above is NOT an officially released Jaguar photo – but a computer created speculation of what 2012′s XF Sportbrake may look like upon its release. However, we have seen a huge number of concept and camo vehicles released online throughout 2010 and 2011, as auto makers intentionally leak images in order to get early feedback from their buyers and hardcore fans.
