Ford expects multiple bids to come from private equity firms.<span id="more-15"></span> Currently Tata Motors, the Indian automaker  of the affordable Nano,  is in talks with Ford.  Tata Motors may be raising up to $3 billion in loans to reach a bid that appeals to Ford. The Indian automaker is already in great debt and many investors are wondering if the company will be able to integrate the luxury car brands. Talks continue between the two companies.</p>
